On one of your computers perform the following steps:
a. Download and install a copy of the free trial version of WinCity Physical Therapy SOAP Notes.
b. Follow the first ten pages of our Getting Started guide to find out how to create a shared database (a.k.a Soap Book) in a shared folder.
c. Create usernames and passwords for all your staff by clicking on the View menu, the Options… menu item, the Practitioners tab, and then New… button.
d. Exit WinCity Physical Therapy SOAP Notes.
e. Congratulations! You now have a shared database with multiple user accounts.
On your other computers that will be used by your staff to access this shared database, follow these steps:
a. Download and install a copy of the free trial version of WinCity Physical Therapy SOAP Notes.
b. Start WinCity Physical Therapy SOAP Notes.
c. Click on the File menu.
d. Click on the Open Soap Book… menu item and locate the Soap Book in your shared folder that you created in step 1.b.
e. Type in a valid username and password created in step 1.c.
f. Exit WinCity Physical Therapy SOAP Notes.
g. Congratulations! You can now access your shared SOAP Notes from multiple computers.
