If you are not satisfied with WinCity Massage SOAP Notes, we'll gladly take it back and give you a refund of the price of the software, excluding shipping charges, within 60 days of purchase.
Return policy
If you should wish to return your WinCity Massage SOAP Notes for any reason, please do so within sixty (60) days of purchasing it. Requests for refund for returns made after sixty (60) days are subject to WinCity Custom Software's discretion.
You should return your software where you bought it.
If you bought your software from the WinCity Custom Software Inc. web site, we ask that you ship the item to us and enclose a proof of purchase such as your invoice or your credit card statement. Provide your contact information including street address (no PO boxes), city, state, postal code, telephone number and email address. Uninstall the software product from your computer and delete any backup copies. Send your return via traceable means such as UPS, FedEx, Airborne, or certified US Mail to:
